What to expect
The first request wakes a sleeping service
The live site preview runs on a service that sleeps when nobody is using it. The first request after a quiet period spends around fifty seconds waking it; every request after that is instant. This is expected behaviour, not an error, it is simply the cost of not keeping an idle engine running.
First request after a quiet period may take up to ~50 seconds while the engine wakes, then it's instant.
When a preview is not enough
A preview shows the method. A certified assessment carries a name.
When you need a deliverable a regulator or a counterparty will read, the previews give way to a full assessment, compiled against the prescribed schedule, reviewed claim by claim and signed by the named specialist responsible.
