GDM Environmental Consultants & Studies Co. L.L.C is a Dubai-based environmental specialist consultancy. We assess soil and groundwater, and we read how water and contaminants move between them. Our work is a traceable evidence store and a deterministic rule set: every statement in an assessment traces to a laboratory result or a cited standard, and every threshold comparison is made by a versioned rule rather than by judgement in the moment.
The software exists to scale the specialist, not to stand in for one. It applies a specialist's own standard uniformly, the same rule in the executive summary as in the limitations section, on every parameter, every sample, every time. A certified assessment is then reviewed claim by claim and signed by the named specialist responsible. Certification is a human act, performed by a named person.

Gary Morgan, Principal Hydrologist and Director
Gary Duwayne Morgan leads GDM's groundwater practice, with approximately 20 years of international consulting experience across 17 countries. He is Principal Hydrologist and Director for Water Resources & Environmental at GDM, and the certifying specialist for Groundwater Intelligence assessments.
