We assess soil and groundwater, and we explain how water and contaminants move between them. Each assessment is compiled against the schedule the regulator prescribes, checked parameter by parameter, and traceable back to the laboratory result or the cited standard it came from.

A buyer sees Groundwater Intelligence. A regulator sees C2 and DECCA (the Dubai environmental compliance authority basis). Both are correct, so both appear here, if you commission by code, you should be able to recognise what you are buying.

Baseline soil assessment for Dubai Municipality environmental clearance. The shallow soil profile characterised, classified and screened for contamination, sampling design, units and parameter coverage checked against the prescribed schedule rather than assumed.

Groundwater Intelligence

C2

Baseline groundwater assessment and hydrogeological interpretation. Not a transcription of laboratory results: the chemistry is read for recharge source, salinity origin and contaminant signature, and every comparison is made against a registered screening value or reported as having none.

Forensic Asset Hydrogeology, the interpretation layer that reads the soil assessment, the unsaturated profile and the groundwater assessment as one system. In practice, many C1 soil assessments characterise the shallow sampled profile, while groundwater and hydrogeological studies focus on the saturated system. The unsaturated profile between the investigated soil interval and the water table is therefore frequently not characterised hydraulically. This service is scoped to close that gap.

In practice, many C1 soil assessments characterise the shallow sampled profile, while groundwater and hydrogeological studies focus on the saturated system. The unsaturated profile between the investigated soil interval and the water table is therefore frequently not characterised hydraulically.

That interval controls timing, how much of what reaches the surface arrives at the water table, and when. Integrated Site Intelligence is scoped to close that gap.
