How an assessment is structured

Section 1
Scope and inputs
The site, the applicable schedule, and every input the assessment is built from, the laboratory certificates, borehole logs and reports you provided, listed so the result is reproducible from them.
Section 2
Data quality assurance
The checks run before any interpretation: unit conformance against the schedule, charge balance where it applies, and laboratory qualifiers such as < and > preserved rather than discarded.
Section 3
Parameter coverage
Every parameter the schedule names, checked for presence and for unit. What is present, what is missing, and what was reported in a unit other than the one prescribed, stated, never quietly dropped.
Section 4
Threshold comparison
Each result compared against its registered screening value by a deterministic, versioned rule. Where no threshold is registered, that is reported explicitly and never filled with an assumed value.
Section 5
Interpretation
What the data indicates, recharge source, salinity origin, contaminant signature, or the pathway from surface soils to groundwater, with the disclosure class of every statement stated: measured, inferred, interpreted or recommended.
Section 6
Findings, limitations and recommendations
The conclusions, the uncertainties and data gaps stated plainly rather than in a footnote, and the recommended next steps. In a certified assessment, a signed cover names the responsible specialist.
Traceability
Every finding traces to a lab result or a cited standard
No number, threshold or benchmark appears without a traceable source. Each result is carried with the value it was compared against, the source of that value, and the laboratory qualifiers as reported. Where a required parameter is absent, it is reported as absent. Where no screening value exists, the parameter is reported as unscreened, never silently filled from an unrelated standard. The whole assessment is reproducible from the archived inputs.
